We currently operate two Autoclaves the larger of which is 3 feet diameter and 6 feet in usable length. Both operate up to 130 deg C at a pressure of 7 bar.
Using computer linked controllers we are able to monitor and record the complete curing cycle for later analysis and quality control.
For use solely with pre-preg materials the autoclave combines pressure and vacuum to produce consistent, highly detailed parts.
Our team of trained laminators are skilled at manufacturing small batch production or single parts for prototyping.
