Dehumidifiers

With damp being one of the biggest causes of bubbling on modern gliders we now stock what must be one of the best cures for the problem. Many gliding clubs are seeing the light and installing power points for owners. Our range of dehumidifiers will work at much lower temperatures than standard off the shelf units.

  • Amber Dry will help you achieve ideal humidity levels of between 40 and 60%
     
  • Amber Dry will remove condensation which can cause mould and mildew
     
  • Because Amber Dry absorbs humidity using a silica gel disc, no compressor is needed
     
  • Effective down to 1 C, whereas the performance of traditional compressor dehumidifiers reduces sharply below 15 C
     
  • No compressor, no noise. Just the hum of a fan Hi 45 (db)  Lo 29 (db)
     
  • In addition to drying the room the air temperature is raised by up to 12 C
     
  • When the 6 litre reservoir is full, the unit automatically switches off
     
  • Alternatively it can be drained directly to the waste water system
     
  • Very light and portable, only 7kg, with an integral handle
