Changes all round It seems a long time ago that I last sat down and set out a newsletter. We have been so busy I just have not had the time. To cope with this increase in business Pam has been joined by Tracy and between them they will take your orders, and process them. This will ensure you continue to get the service you have come to expect. Phone customers will also be please to know that we recently upgraded our phone system to give us two incoming line and a better chance of you getting through first time. I will continue to offer full technical support. In between all this we have added a few more items to the web-site and now boast one of the most complete oxygen installation catalogue pages within the gliding world. We have also expanded the range of accessories we stock for the Ipaq and Compaq PDA's adding both Anti Glare Screen Protectors and Styli to our range. For those of you upgrading from the earlier 31/36/37XX models we now offer a short adaptor cable to convert your lead to the plug used on all modern HP Ipaqs, making life much easier. If you have brought a new laptop recently you will know that they no longer have serial ports. Now if you own a logger and download your flights from it you will know the problems. The good news is that we stock Serial to USB converters that work and better still the new Colibri due out later this year will have a USB connection. Other manufacturers please take note. Finally the BGA has stated that all Tost Hooks must be overhauled in line with Tost's overhaul schedule. (Briefly this equates to 2000 launches.
