Happy New Year The Christmas break has given me a chance to update the web-site substantially and add a series of long awaited new pages and products. Damage to gliders caused by damp winters has long been a problem and many owners have found that a dehumidifier (Dehumidifiers) in the trailer eliminates most the common blistering. We have researched the subject and as a result are able to offer a choice of 3 low working temperature dehumidifiers including the much discussed Ruby Dry. For some time we have resisted the draw of selling Garmin GPS receivers (GPS Receivers) mainly because the market is flooded with bigger players. However we now are able to offer both the Garmin Pilot III and the 12XL at competitive prices for those customers who wish to purchase through us. Because we repair gliders and get our hands dirty we know a fair bit about making the job easier. So a new page dedicated to specialist tools (Specialist Tools) had to be included in the site at sometime. The new page is the start of what is likely to become the best source of specialist tools specific to the need of glider owners. What we won't be offering is cheap and cheerful because as with any professional workshop we have long ago learnt that investing in good tools is always worth while. The last major new page to be added is for Seat Harnesses (Seat Harness) The need for Seat Harness may not be great but has long been a sourcing problem even for professionals. We are offering Gadringer harness for no other reason than the service we get from Gadringer is excellent. The harness is standard equipment in many new gliders and it satisfies the Easa requirements paperwork and all. When you order via the web-site you get a choice of colours and of 4 or 5 point fixing. One price for 4 and one price for 5 point fixing nothing complicated. Delivery is quick for most types we have ordered about 14 days from order to delivery at your door.
