Composite sailplane inspection and repair courses
Our first composite course was run over 5 days in November 2005 and was a first in the history of UK gliding. Since then we have run further courses and expect to run 2 or 3 course each year depending on demand.
To cater for different needs we offer two different course formats.
Our 5 day course is aimed at established BGA inspectors looking to increase their knowledge and experience of composites.
Our 1 day course is open to pilots and inspectors and is a short introduction to composite gliders.
Each student comes away with course notes and accompanying CD covering the subjects discussed. Both courses give the student practical hands on experience.
