CAD modelling is becoming the standard in industry and to meet our customers requirements we have invested in CNC machinery.

We operate a Korner 607G  3 axis Milling machine for the production of mould tools,  general modelling, rapid prototyping etc.

For smaller parts we operate a Boxford VM260 . Both machine have full 3 axis capability.

For large flat sheet cutting we operate a full sheet 2500 x 1300 x 200 mm MX25 CNC router and a smaller 1800 x 1300 mm high speed cnc table router.

To supplement our machinery our workshop staff have many years experience in finishing, and the production of parts using more traditional hand methods. In all we offer a complete service for our customers.

We are able to accept drawings in most formats such as IGES, STEP, DFX, DWG and many others please feel free to contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
