We currently operate two Autoclaves the larger of which is 3 feet diameter and 6 feet in usable length. Both operate up to 200 deg C at a pressure of 7 bar.

Using computer linked controllers we are able to monitor and record the complete curing cycle for later analysis and quality control.

For use solely with pre-preg materials the autoclave combines pressure and vacuum to produce consistent, highly detailed parts.
